FENS Forum 2022

Signal-based Adaptive Thresholding for Neuronal Action Potential Spike Detection

A group of researchers from our consortium member Tampere University (TAU) - Computational Biophysics and Imaging Group (CBIG) - presented totally three posters based on HERMES investigation at FENS Forum 2022. On Wednesday 13th July a project poster titled “Signal-based Adap-tive Thresholding for Neuronal Action Potential Spike Detection” was discussed by prof. Jarno M. Tanskanen in the morning Poster Session 07, for the Section: Software Tools for Brain Imaging.

Authors of the poster are prof. Jarno M. Tanskanen and prof. Jari A. Hyttinen, both re-searchers from the Computational Biophysics and Imaging Group (CBIG) in Tampere, Finland.

As a fully in-presence conference, FENS was a great opportunity to meet face-to-face again and exchange knowledge among neuroscientists! Indeed, federating over 21,000 neuroscientists across 44 national and single-discipline societies in 33 European countries, FENS works to promote all aspects of neuroscience, through education, out-reach and scientific exchange.
